Celebrate American Heart Month with our fitness coordinator, Beth LeBaran-Root, an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. She’ll be leading a session of one of the most fun, rhythmic workouts you’ll ever have — Cardio Drumming! And as a reward for your efforts, our chef will be serving up delicious and heart-healthy chocolate treats.
